Business ethics standards
1. Our priority is our guest.
2. Our corporate ethics is based on the principles of hospitality and goodwill.
3. Our tasks:
- To follow our mission and to exceed the expectations of our guests.
- To run business on the basis of hospitality and personal responsibility
- Do not treat the guests and the colleagues the way you would not like to be treated.
- To observe corporate professional ethics norms and accepted standards, to avoid any uncertainties in the factual statements
- To improve the quality of services, professional skills and knowledge, including the experience sharing among the colleagues.
4. We respect professional knowledge and skills, traditions, moral norms and business attitudes of our partners and guests. We do acknowledge the right of free expression of the will of our partners and guests. In case of any trouble or difficulties we are always open to resolve the problems by means of negotiations.
5. We are sure, any hospitality service receiver, no matter whether he is our guest or not, is obliged to be properly served. We consider our partners as our associates, and not as our competitors or adversaries.
6. The employees of the Company does not have a right to refuse guests in service or to correct the order and conditions of cooperation in accordance with racial, national signs, sex, age, religion, social status and financial condition. The Company refusal to render services to the guests connected with the commitment of actions contradictory to the existing legislation of Russian Federation or to the norms of existing Standards is ethical.
7. The employees of the Company should conduct their professional business activity honestly and scrupulously, be attentive to the needs and requests of the guests, follow the rules and requirements of existing Standards and promote to their following by all employees of the Company and partners.
8. All the employees should organize their work so as the guests feel the care of the Company, and understand that the employees help them to achieve their goals.
